Kellianne T. Baranowsky
Kelli is admitted to practice before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, The United States Tax Court and the Federal District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of New York.
Felicia S. Hoeniger
The focus of Felicia’s practice is state tax practice, including personal and corporate income taxes and withholding, sales and use taxes and excise taxes. Ms. Hoeniger’s experience includes preliminary tax planning, audit defense, and post-audit administrative and judicial appeals. She also counsels clients on state tax credits and the Freedom of Information Act as it relates to state treatment of confidential tax return information.
Evangeline V. Kliegman
Eva is an associate with Green & Sklarz. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2010 and graduated cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2014 and graduated magna cum laude. Eva was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 2014.
Jason A. Marsh
For nearly 20 years, Jason has practiced in the areas of general business and corporate law, commercial finance, commercial real estate, land use, promotions, marketing and advertising law, and intellectual property. He has worked with individuals and business of all sizes, from small start-up entities to multi-national corporations.
Lauren is an associate with Green & Sklarz. She attended Western New England University School of Law where she graduated cum laude and received three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Bankruptcy, Income Tax II, and Conveyancing for attaining the highest grade in each course. Lauren went on to obtain a Masters of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center with a certification in State & Local Tax.
Lisa Perkins joined Green & Sklarz LLC after more than 17 years with the U.S. Department of Justice. She worked for five years as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Western Criminal Enforcement Section, prosecuting tax crimes in the western half of the United States, then moved to Connecticut.
Ken is Of Counsel to Green & Sklarz LLC. He has more than thirty years of experience in federal and state courts, and is equally well-versed in civil and criminal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Since 1970, Mark has counseled businesses in all types of transactions, advised business entities and real estate developers on governance structure, developed efficient tax strategy for family and generational transfer of business interests, income, and provided succession tax planning; negotiating and documenting acquisitive and dispositive transactions.
Shelby L. Wilson
Shelby Wilson is a partner with Green & Sklarz LLC. For over fifteen years, Shelby has practiced in the areas of estate planning and tax law, and has advised individuals, families, and closely-held businesses on issues dealing with estate and generation-skipping tax planning, charitable planning, income tax planning, and tax compliance. She has extensive experience in advising closely held business owners in multiple industries on intergenerational business succession issues.
