David is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with Green & Sklarz LLC. As an EA, David is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before administrative levels—collection and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service.
David brings over 10 years of experience working for the Internal Revenue Service as a recently retired Revenue Officer. As Revenue Officer, David worked with taxpayer’s and their representatives to resolve assigned collection cases from the New Haven and Hartford offices of the IRS.
David graduated from Post University in Waterbury, CT with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1990.
