Lynne Polino joined Green & Sklarz as a Paralegal in April 2016. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the client happy after successfully navigating through both expected and unexpected challenges.
As a paralegal, Lynne’s primary responsibilities include supporting attorneys in the Corporate & Business department with commercial transactions, preparation and review of due diligence, work outs, corporate formations and residential transactions. She assists with document preparation, drafting, and review and serves as a point of contact for clients, lenders, and adverse parties. Lynne is also responsible for maintaining and reconciling trust and estate checking accounts.
Lynne has well over three decades of experience in the legal field under her belt; she served as an executive administrative assistant and paralegal at a local New Haven legal firm prior to joining Green & Sklarz. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Executive Administrative Assistance from Quinnipiac University and is a Notary Public.
In her free time, she is a huge fan of fitness and one can often find her completing local triathlons, duathlons, marathons and half-marathons. Lynne also enjoys many hobbies, including knitting, traveling, cooking and creating art. She is a huge fan of the 1950s American sitcom “I Love Lucy” and medical drama series “Grey’s Anatomy.” Her favorite movies of all time include “Analyze This” and “Dead Poet’s Society.”
