Bob Fleischer represents Chapter 11 debtors, secured creditors, Chapter 5 defendants, trustees, and creditor committees in complex business bankruptcy matters — with particular depth in adversary litigation, appeals, and Chapter 11/13 practice. Alongside his litigation practice, he handles corporate transactions including business purchase and sale, commercial leases, intellectual property licensing, employment matters, and trademark work.
