Payroll Tax Trainwreck: Saving Taxpayers From Their Payroll Tax Nightmare

Join us for this two-hour presentation where tax attorneys and national speakers Eric Green and Noelle Geiger will walk you through how to handle your client’s worst payroll tax nightmare.  Eric and Noelle will discuss the assessment against the company, handling IRS collection and resolving the issue at the company level, and the potential personal liability under IRC 6672 and how to defend taxpayers from either being responsible, or if they are responsible, how to mitigate the damage.
